Privacy Policy

How Realgic collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our AI image and video generation service.

Last updated: 2026-08-12

Effective date: August 12, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Realgic ("Realgic," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit realgic.ai, create an account, purchase credits, generate AI images or videos, or contact support.

Realgic is an AI-assisted creation service. The prompts, reference media, model settings, and generation requests you submit must be processed by third-party AI infrastructure. Please do not submit confidential, legally restricted, or sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your use of the service.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Realgic, we may collect:

  • Account information: your name, email address, profile image, verification status, authentication provider, and account preferences.
  • Technical and attribution information: IP address, browser and device information, user agent, language or locale, referral or campaign information, session identifiers, and security logs.
  • AI inputs and settings: prompts, selected model, generation settings, reference images or other media, and related task metadata.
  • AI task information and outputs: task status, provider task identifiers, credit cost, error information, generated image or video URLs, and generation history associated with your account.
  • Content-safety records: the check stage, allow/review/block decision, matched policy categories, timestamp, and provider request identifier when available. Rejected prompt text and media URLs are not copied into these redacted safety events.
  • Purchase and billing records: the credit pack purchased, amount, currency, order and transaction identifiers, payment status, billing email, invoice information, and related records. Full payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Realgic.
  • Support information: support-ticket subjects and messages, attachments, account email, and correspondence with our support team.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and maintain sessions;
  • calculate generation costs, submit AI tasks, deliver results, and maintain task history;
  • store and retrieve reference media and generated files;
  • operate the credit balance, including consuming credits for tasks and returning credits when a task is recorded as failed or canceled;
  • process purchases, maintain transaction records, provide receipts, and support tax and payment obligations;
  • respond to support requests and investigate technical problems;
  • scan prompts before generation and scan generated outputs before they are shown;
  • detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service or AIGC Acceptable Use Policy;
  • understand service performance and usage when analytics is enabled; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Models

Generation requests are processed through ApiMart and the model selected by you. Depending on that selection, model technology may be supplied by third parties such as OpenAI, Google or Google DeepMind, ByteDance, Kuaishou, Alibaba, Black Forest Labs, or other providers shown in the product.

To perform a generation, Realgic may transmit your prompt, reference-media URLs, selected model, output settings, and task identifiers to ApiMart and the applicable model infrastructure. Generated files or result URLs are returned to Realgic so that we can display and store your result.

These third parties process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Their handling of prompts, reference files, and outputs—including any retention or model-improvement practices—is controlled by their policies, not by this Privacy Policy. Do not submit content unless you have the right to provide it for this processing.

5. Payments and Other Service Providers

We share information only as needed to operate Realgic, including with:

  • Waffo Pancake, which may act as Merchant of Record and process payments, taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment-risk checks;
  • Waffo content safety, which performs a stateless pre-generation prompt check and does not retain the prompt text as part of that check;
  • Sightengine, which analyzes generated images and videos for prohibited visual content before Realgic shows them;
  • other payment options displayed at checkout, if enabled;
  • authentication providers such as Google or GitHub, when you choose social sign-in;
  • email-delivery providers used for verification, password reset, and service messages;
  • S3- or R2-compatible storage and delivery providers used for uploaded and generated media;
  • analytics providers such as Google Analytics or Plausible, if enabled; and
  • customer-support tools such as Crisp or Tawk, if enabled.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Realgic uses essential cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, security, language, and theme preferences. Optional analytics, customer-support, or advertising services may use their own cookies or identifiers when enabled.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other core features from working. Available browser or provider controls may be used to limit optional analytics or advertising technologies.

7. Media Storage and Public URLs

Reference media and generated results may be stored with an object-storage provider and made available through a URL so that Realgic, your browser, ApiMart, or the selected model infrastructure can retrieve the file. A file URL may be accessible to anyone who obtains it, even when the file is not intentionally listed or promoted publicly.

Do not upload confidential documents, government identifiers, payment-card data, intimate media, health records, or other sensitive material. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and generation records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and operational need.

Account deletion or a deletion request may not immediately remove information from backups, payment records, security logs, or third-party systems. Payment and tax records may be retained when required by law. Third-party providers apply their own retention policies to information they process.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted network connections where supported, and protections for service credentials. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information. You may update available profile information in your account and may contact us for other requests.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record obligations.

11. Children

Realgic is not directed to children under 18, and users must be at least 18 years old to purchase credits or use the service. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. International Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the service or by email when appropriate.
