AIGC Acceptable Use Policy

Rules, automated safeguards, enforcement, and reporting for AI image and video generation on Realgic.

Last updated: 2026-08-12

Effective date: August 12, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

This AIGC Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to every prompt, uploaded or linked reference asset, generation request, and AI-generated image or video submitted to or produced through Realgic. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You may use Realgic only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right and consent to provide. You are responsible for the prompts and reference assets you submit and for how you use or distribute generated outputs.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

You must not use Realgic to request, create, transform, upload, or distribute:

  • Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual activity, explicit nudity, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualization of a real person without consent;
  • Violence or gore: graphic injury, credible threats, instructions to commit violence, or content that promotes self-harm;
  • Hate speech: content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics, or promotes hateful or terrorist activity;
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or any content that exploits or endangers a child;
  • Deepfakes or impersonation: deceptive face swaps, forged evidence, fake identity documents, or content intended to mislead people about a real person's actions or statements; or
  • Copyright or trademark infringement: content that copies, misuses, or violates another party's protected work, brand, logo, or other intellectual-property rights.

These examples are not exhaustive. We may also block content prohibited by applicable law, our model providers, storage providers, or payment partners.

3. Rights, Identity, and Consent

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for every prompt and reference asset you submit. If an input depicts or identifies another person, you must have a lawful basis and any consent required for the requested transformation and intended use.

Public availability of a photo, video, name, logo, or creative work does not by itself grant permission to use it. Do not submit confidential information or intimate media.

4. Automated Safety Checks

Realgic uses the automated safeguards required for AI generation products:

  1. text prompts are scanned before a request is sent to a generation model;
  2. generated images and videos are scanned before they are shown as a completed result.

Only an allow decision can continue. A review decision, missing safety configuration, timeout, provider error, or other degraded safety state fails closed: the request or output is not released.

Safety systems can make mistakes. Their use does not transfer responsibility for your content to Realgic and does not guarantee that every harmful or unlawful item will be detected.

5. Records, Privacy, and Data Minimization

For security, abuse prevention, and audit, Realgic records a redacted safety event containing the check stage, decision, matched policy categories, time, and provider request identifier when available. A rejected prompt or media URL is not copied into that safety event. Waffo's prompt-safety check is stateless and does not retain the prompt text as part of that check.

The underlying generation request and permitted account data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send prohibited content to support when reporting a violation.

6. Enforcement and Credits

We may reject a request, withhold or remove an output, return task credits, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe this Policy has been violated.

If a task fails or is blocked before a safe output is released, credits consumed for that task are automatically returned. A safety block does not entitle a user to bypass the check or demand delivery of the blocked content.

7. Reporting Prohibited Content

Report suspected prohibited content or abuse to [email protected]. Include, when available:

  • the Realgic task ID or page URL;
  • the policy category you believe is involved;
  • a short factual description of the issue; and
  • whether you are the affected person or an authorized representative.

Do not attach suspected child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other illegal files. Preserve the task ID or URL and contact the appropriate local authority when immediate danger or illegal content is involved.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy when our service, providers, legal requirements, or abuse patterns change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
