Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Look Rich AI, Realgic AI's luxury lifestyle image and video generation service at realgic.ai. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Look Rich AI and Realgic AI's related image and video generation services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our generation services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Image and video generation results may vary and are subject to the limitations of current AI technology.

User Accounts

When you create an account with Realgic AI, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Safeguarding your account credentials and API keys
All activities that occur under your account, including image and video generation requests
Maintaining the confidentiality of your generated content
Ensuring compliance with these Terms when using our AI services

Intellectual Property

Realgic AI's website, software, brand assets, and platform features are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Realgic AI name and logo are trademarks of Realgic AI. Third-party AI models remain owned and controlled by their respective providers.

Generated Images and User Content

Your Generated Content: You retain ownership of images and videos you generate using our AI platform, subject to these Terms.

Input Prompts: By providing prompts for image or video generation, you grant Realgic AI a license to use these prompts to:

Process your generation requests
Operate, secure, and improve our services
Provide support, recommendations, and better generation results

Platform Improvement: We do not use your private prompts or generated content to train AI models unless you explicitly agree. We may use aggregate, anonymized operational data to improve service reliability, safety systems, recommendations, and product quality.

Third-Party AI Models and Product Transparency

Realgic AI provides an independent product experience built on top of third-party AI models and infrastructure. We may identify supported models or providers within the product or marketing materials for transparency, but Realgic AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those model providers unless we expressly state otherwise.

We only advertise capabilities that are actually available through Realgic AI. Certain features, model access, resolutions, generation modes, or usage limits may depend on your selected plan, available infrastructure, provider availability, and applicable safety requirements.

Acceptable Use and Content Safety

Realgic AI is designed for lawful, safe, and responsible AI image and video generation. You may not generate, request, upload, edit, export, publish, sell, or distribute content that violates this Acceptable Use and Content Safety section.

The following content and use cases are strictly prohibited:

Sexual, adult, NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, nude, semi-nude, fetish, sexually suggestive, workplace-inappropriate content, or explicit sexual content
Sexual or exploitative content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors
Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or content intended to harass, shame, extort, or exploit a person
Face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, impersonation, or misleading identity content that violates another person's rights or is intended to deceive
Hate, harassment, threats, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity, or other harmful content
Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
Attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation checks, rate limits, access controls, or other protective measures

Every text prompt, reference image, uploaded asset, and generated output may be subject to automated and manual safety review. Prompts routed to image or video generation may be screened before generation. We may block, remove, or refuse content, suspend generation, restrict accounts, or terminate access when we believe content or usage violates these Terms, our safety policies, payment processor requirements, or applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using, publishing, or sharing it. Using a third-party AI model or API through Realgic AI does not reduce your responsibility for the prompts you submit, the assets you upload, or the outputs you choose to use.

Realgic AI does not market or permit the service to be used as an "uncensored", "unfiltered", "NSFW", "18+", or safety-bypass AI generation tool.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Look Rich AI or our related generation services to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content including hate speech, violence, explicit material, NSFW content, or sexually suggestive material
Create images that infringe on others' intellectual property rights or likeness without permission
Generate face-swap content, deepfakes, face-manipulation content, or misleading content intended to deceive
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our AI models
Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others' use of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or AI infrastructure
Use our platform to distribute malware or other harmful code
Exceed usage limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting
Share account credentials or resell access to our services

Subscription and Billing

Realgic AI offers subscription plans for Look Rich AI and related generation services:

Pro Weekly: Weekly access with a weekly generation allowance
Pro Monthly: Monthly access with a monthly generation allowance
Pro Annual: Annual access with a monthly generation allowance

Billing is handled securely through Creem or another payment processor shown at checkout. You may cancel renewal according to the plan and checkout terms. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable payment processor rules.

Termination

Realgic AI may terminate or suspend your account and access to Look Rich AI immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or the billing flow provided by the payment processor.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Realgic AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use Look Rich AI
Quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated images or videos
Any AI model limitations or unexpected results
Service interruptions or technical issues
Loss of generated content or account data

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Realgic AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI-Specific Terms

Model Limitations: Our AI image and video generation is based on current technology and may have limitations in accuracy, style consistency, identity preservation, motion quality, or content appropriateness.

Content Responsibility: While we implement content filtering and moderation, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing generated images and videos before use and for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and outputs comply with these Terms.

Commercial Use: Images and videos generated with paid plans may be used for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

Attribution: Attribution to Realgic AI is appreciated but not required for generated content.
