Do credits expire?

New subscription credits expire at the next monthly grant. Previously purchased non-expiring credits remain valid. We spend the soonest-expiring credits first.

What happens when a render fails?

Confirmed failed generations automatically return their credits. Tasks still running or awaiting confirmation keep their status to avoid duplicate generations and charges.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Plan benefits and monthly credits are the same. Monthly plans bill each month; yearly plans charge once for the year while credits are still granted monthly at a lower effective price.

Can I change a template’s settings?

Templates use a fixed prompt and settings; you only upload a photo. Use custom mode to write your own prompt or adjust video parameters.
